The new management is excellent.

Only a few miles off I-25 near the center of the original center of town. Many restaurants in walking distance. Bed was comfortable but room sparsely furnished.
The TV and remote control were complicated. Never good to find two different controllers. Had to ask front desk for help to get local Denver area channels. I finally figured it out. Have run into these troubles with Ruku systems before. TV should be simple for guests to use.
New owners are working on improvements including addressing a wild mix of televisions and controllers I was told.

Everything about the place was exceptional. The owner nick is the greatest. He goes above and beyond to take care of people. I have stayed at many hotels in many states, and this was by far the best experience ive ever had. I will not stay at another location if im in town again. I highly recommend staying here. The owner (nick) will make you feel right at home.

Location was great, easy to find, good exterior. Staff was nice. Bed was pretty comfy.
The crowd that was hanging out at the backdoor, smoking, was sketchy. Not ideal. Room was ok. The bed was great, made up nice, etc. TV didn't work, Major stains and wear on the side chair. Office chair is getting worn and looked to be pretty filthy as well. Area wasn't vacuumed all that that well either. I'm not picky, but it was obvious sort of things like this. Cleaning staff was also loud, disruptive.
