I now know of other locations near where I could stay and if needed I may use this location.

Indoor pool was use able and the breakfast.

The staff on the phone and in person. I didn’t get the name. She was very rude

Fine in a pinch.

Breakfast was good. Location is convenient to freeway and a straight shot to drive to old town and campus, but not walkable.

I booked a room with 2 beds but on arrival they only had rooms with a king and a sofa. The bed linens were very strongly scented (scented detergent, I guess) which set off my allergies and just smelled unpleasant.

It was a very clean and comfortable and the staff was very gracious. I loved having coffee and fresh water available 24 hours.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, the room was pretty clean! We love to stay in this hotel when we go visit Fort Collins! Recommend!

I expected a bit more from this hotel. it was a cheaper option and I understand that, but the ratings are a bit higher t

right off the highway and easy to find, nice staff.

was not entirely clean. hairs on bathroom floor and bed sheets. definitely older than expected. people running through the hallway yelling/slamming doors until the early hours of the morning so didn’t sleep much and woke up with a headache. bed wasn’t very comfortable. AC unit clicked the entire night loudly.

Great stay for seeing family

Room was clean and a good size. All recreational areas were clean and secure.

There was only one toaster for the breakfast area so it got crowded easily. While we were in the room the cleaning service did not service the room untill we checked out. So trash was full and no fresh cups ot towels.

I wouldn't stay here again

It's a cheap option that worked for us last minute. Our room didn't smell like pot.

The entire hotel smelled of pot. The front desk woman was rude and short with us. The beds weren't great and the room was very dated.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly

Dirty! From the hot tub to the blankets to the walls and doors. Pull out bed stunk and had 2 brown spots that went all the way through the mattress. The room stunk.

All of the employees we encountered were happy to answer our questions & assist any way they could.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. We stayed a total of 8 nights and the entire stay was wonderful. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the extremely helpful staff, everything went well and we will definitely stay again when we visit Fort Collins. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and helpful; by the time we checked out, it felt like they were family.

During the snowstorm/freezing temps, the parking lot was not cleared very well. We did see a plow trying to clear the snow away and did the best they could with parked cars however, they never came back to clean up after the storm was over. Also, the handicapped parking spots were never fully cleaned out; there was a lot of snow left in those spots which would have made it impossible for a disabled person to navigate
