The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and nice. You get a room with clean towels one bar of soap and one tube of shampoo. This is an extended stay facility so their are no boxes of kleenex and even though there are cook facilities you would need to bring your own pots, pans, dishes etc. We had a family above us and the kid (or kids) raced back and forth and moved chairs starting at around 5 until 11:30 PM. It was hard to sleep. We talked to the front desk after the second night and they were nice enough to move us to a quieter room. They keep a coffee pot in the lobby with good coffee all day till 10PM.
Expedia showed that the bathrooms had grab bars in all of the rooms. This is not true, if you need grab bars to shower you need to book a handicapped accessible room.
We would stay there again.

We had a problem with the toilet, the staff took care of it right away. Cofffee was always available. Room was clean. I will stay there again.

This hotel was just okay. Wasnt the cleanest. I requested an iron and the gentleman at the desk said he would leave for me when I returned and then when I went to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. I had to scramble at 10pm to find another iron so that I could be ready for the CSU graduation the next morning. That was quite problematic.
