This is a newer vintage motel. It is very well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The breakfast offerings were limited but sufficient, tasty, and well maintained by staff. Their breakfast muffin sandwiches were delicious and better than any similar fast-food breakfast. Many fast food and restaurant options available in the immediate area as well a King Soopers. Will definitely stay there again if the need arises.
Access from the south is a bit unusual but that is due to "upgrades" the city has made to North College and not under the motel's control. Take a left at the W. Wilcox Ln traffic light then a right into the Loaf n Jug. Drive thru to the motel which is just to the north. Access from the north is directly off N. College. The office needs to be more obviously signed. It shares space with the breakfast area and does not stand out from it. Finally, if you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to request first floor rooms when you make your reservation.

The breakfast was consistently good, and available.
Staff was always responsive.
Location was close to amenities and to family meetings.
Every thing was clean and comfortable.
We found that the property a recent acquisition and was still in process of improvement. We did let them know that the chain lock was not properly installed and a hook on the back of the bathroom door would be nice.
