The location
I stayed their for 1 night I don’t know why I was charged for 3 nights

Location is nice and breakfast was good.
We traveled with friends. They wouldn't tell us what actually happened but they didn't have enough rooms to cover all bookings. We arrived first so they were able to squeeze us in but the room was not great. Half of the bathroom was in the bedroom.
Our friends, though...
One didn't get the room they booked and got a useless "upgrade" and ended up having to sleep on the couch.
The other family, DIDN'T GET A ROOM AT ALL. They just said "it's common practice to sometimes not have a room". Can you believe it? We all had bookings, of course. This is insane and outrageous!!!

It was a convenient location . Staff was polite .
It was very crowded during breakfast time they did have enough food for all guest and not enough utensils like spooned , fork and bowls . The elevators were not working during the whole 5 days stay .
Our room had light flickering .them they replace bulb . Then one day our lever for flush broke .

Great location and most staff were super nice!
There was water damage and cob webs in my room. There were no fresh toiletries, only one used bottle of lotion. The elevators sounded like they were about to fall apart with every trip. Lastly, we listened to the sound of scurrying at night just above our rooms ceiling.

Not Hyatt quality. Bed saggy, no microwave in room. Elevator buttons falling apart and elevator making weird noises. Breakfast warm and decent. Staff helpful. AC and heater working well. Seating area in the room was great. Gym with treadmill and free weights. Mixed bag basically.

A little pricy than others. No microwave in rooms. No self laundry facilities and no waffle machine in breakfast.

Doors slammed, beds were very stiff, and the continental breakfast was extremely limited

My stay at the Hyatt Place was nice but the fact that the room did not have a microwave nor did the refrigerator work and my room had to be changed was very inconvenient. I spend almost $300 for two nights. I could have paid less for a better view and better room quality service.

Room was cleaned .Bathroom shower had excellent water pressure. The crew was polite and helpful.
We booked 2 rooms at the hotel for a week ,first of all elevators had a lot of problems these were working on the first day but later on ,none of them were working. we had to take stairs from 4th floor. my bathroom light started flicking and next day flush lever broke. the maintenance person came later and fixed it .
At the breakfast time it got really crowded they didn't have enough utensils for all the guests most of the days.

The lake walk in the backside of the hotel. It's awesome
The 🍓 offered in the breakfast, love it.
The room is quite spacious, there's a living room area too.
Staff are okay but not very friendly, don't seem to have hospitality.
Bed is high.
Room rate overpriced.
Lifts are dirty and look creepy. You feel like you're in a broken hospital rather than a hotel lift.

We stayed in the King Room which was a good size. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Quiet hotel with a beautiful view and surrounding area. Comfortable mattress.
Rooms could be brought more up to date. The lighting was not great especially in front of the bathroom mirror. The closet door was broken so I was difficult to access our coats we stored there during our stay. The fitness center was also pretty outdated. The bed and sitting area are divided by a partition wall but there's only one small TV. Pillows on the bed and the sofa in the seating area weren't very comfortable. Bathroom had no ventilation so it got steamy very easily during a hot shower.

No varieties for the breakfast. I will suggest the management try to change the breakfast at times. Breakfast was same throughout our stay

The breakfast was ok.
I arrived at 5 pm and my room was not available. I was forced to stay in a room that was hot. The staff was extremely rude. My overall experience was very bad. On a holiday weekend only one elevator was working.

They did not issue Invoice and again problem is that our booking is by booking.com and booking.com will issue Invoice. Unable to understand this behaviour. Lockers not available in room which makes no sense, it's not easy to carry valuable belongings all the time with your self.

Overall, the hotel was clean with nice surroundings.
Ample parking, nice view of Lake.
