The feeling of home the staff especially Louise was exceptional. The pool hot tub and around the clock shuttle to the casino. Tanger outlets was a bonus. I like the fact that the shuttle also did pick up and drop off to great wolf lodge

The refrigerator took a vwey very long time to get cold, and the room was cold but I have to give them the benefit of the doubt it was September but they did offer extra blankets because the system was not set up for heating yet. Maintenance definitely tried to accommodate . Continental breakfast should at least have scrambled eggs and sausage. Way too many carbs

Somewhere to sleep I guess.

Wasn’t the cleanest. The fire alarm was set off in the middle of our stay. Possible blood stains on the walls.
