It was very easy to find and a very nice neighborhood, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean

My stay went very smoothly. check in went quickly and the agent was very pleasant. The room was a decent size and the bathroom worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows were crisp. Breakfast was great. I don't work for them.

The hotel was designed for safety and fire department access. I noticed the rooms were easy to get around and a second phone was in the bathroom. Great idea. The hotel was clean and easy to move around. I also noticed not a lot of clutter which is good for ease of movement. Adel Ahmed was exception and great at customer service. It shows that he truly cares about his job and the happiness of the people staying there. Since my son lives close by, I will now be using this hotel every time I visit him. I really like this place.

Everything - Staff not cooperating - Room is not clean ( bedding , iron not working , phone blugs not working) - Breakfast not worth it - Fire alarm working in some floors and others not working - The fire alarm turned on twice in the night without any reason - Not enough elevator and it is very slow - The genetor offerd us water without telling us that it is not complementary even the reception did not mention that is not free - AC is very hot and turning off in the middle of the night
