Basically you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Bathroom floor was extremely cold. Water faucets were outdated and difficult to operate. Tub, shower was also dated and cold,had to run hot,hot water to warm up the tub. The room I was in was noisy as it was close to the road.

The value/price of the room for the length of stay. The staff was polite and friendly. Having food establishments and a grocery store all within walking distance from the motel. Having the microwave and mini fridge in the room.
The ice machines were not working and had no ice in them. Could use some updating or upgrading in the rooms. Depending on the traffic it was hard to make a left turn out of the motel. The room was a smoking room as requested, upon arrival and entering the room the blanket had burn holes in it. Could have been changed out with another or a new blanket.

Convenient location
walls are super thin, can hear everything in next room, including there being an alarm going off somewhere on the property for hours. Bathroom appeared to have feces on the wall. I believe that people were living in one of the rooms above me and they were very loud.
