The location was good & staff was friendly!
I was quite shocked there wasn’t an elevator. The light switch upon entering the room did not work to turn anything on. For the price we paid, I would’ve expected a continental breakfast & not just muffins & juice.

The free breakfast was a little bit better than when I stayed there before, but still quite limited.

Coffee was offered 24-7. Juice and packaged danish was offered. This facility does not have the capability to offer a hot breakfast, I was fine with that. The building had a very pleasant aroma in the air. The carpaets were clean.
Overall the property was well kept. Too many cigarette butts were in the parking lot and the smoking area in the back. I would like to see the owner to add in their work schedule to sweep up the cigarette butts and place additional cigarettes buckets aroung to encourage people to throw away there cigarettes. Move where you hang your clothes closer to the door. It was difficult to work at the desk when clothes are hanging over my head.

Found it difficult to go up and down the stairs. With no elevator, made the stay harder. I reached out several times to booking.com to adjust my stay with no response. Will not use booking.com in the future.
