There was no elevator. It was hard to take my luggage up the stairs. There was no warning given to me at all

The 2nd day the wafflemaker didn't work. Didn't see anyone to even ask about it. Had a cold shower one day. The room felt wet. Even getting into bed, it felt like the bedding was damp. The carpet felt like they had just cleaned it and it was not dry yet.
The wafflemaker didn't work. There probably should be more tables for eating area.
