Over priced. Room accommodation was not comparable to room charge. We would not choose this hotel again.

Staff at front desk. Housecleaning Staff, were kind, friendly, caring, supportive, helpful, curb appeal was great, rooms were clean & roomy and smelled fresh. Great breakfast, couldn't of had a better place to stay.

Bed wasn't comfortable for me, the air conditioner didn't work very well in one room. I booked 2 rooms. Neither of these were a inconvenience to us. Let staff & housekeeping know about air conditioner and they were having maintenance look at it. This location was alot nicer, cleaner, and staff were alot nicer than the Americainn in Red Wing, Mn had other family staying there the rooms were not clean, staff were rude, bedding was dirty. I wouldn't stay there glad we had rooms in Lake City woukd diffently stay there again.

Location was great! Breakfast options were great. Staff was friendly.

Room had an odor, bed wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best either; behind the hand towels to the left of the sink there was light reddish-brown splatter - blood(?); and room was very humid - this is the second AmericInn I’ve stayed in that was very humid. I won’t be staying at a third one.
