The location was great. Very near the town but I wouldn't consider it a walking distance from it. If you drive, it's very very close. The little seating area by the river was quiet and peaceful and they even provided a bbq area for the guest use.

The reception had a bit of an odor. It didn't impact our stay, but worth mentioning for the hotelier to consider.

Close to Bryson City and the view of the river. I woke up drinking my coffee with the mountain and river view and watch the moon and stars at night

Pretty location along river. Close to town. Hot water quickly.

Property not kept in shape. Leaves around door. Mud between car and entrance to room. Office not manned all the time. Office smelled like cats and was messy! Information about WiFi connection not accurate at first. Price too high for a place that doesn’t serve breakfast.
