The worst hotel stay ever.

When I left.

The staff was extremely rude. Only one knew English. And if I had a question and the one wasn't there, the others would just say no and literally blow me off and go to the office and they were always smoking weed. The place reaked of it. They refused to give me a print out receipt after many tries to get one. I showed up and they had construction going but failed to mention that when I booked. So the breakfast was shut down and that was horribly inconvenient. The construction crew would work at night and I hardly slept as they were ripping things out, running up and down the halls like children. After asking them to not work after a certain hour they just blew every request off. And yes. All of the staff was dirty and constantly smoking weed which I can't be around. All in all, they were so rude, that I will make it my mission to turn as many people away from there, and I hope their business suffers and they have to close down. I will never use this hotel or their parent company again, and I tell everyone of my experience. Hopefully super 8 goes under, and this location suffers the most.

It works if all you require is a place to lay your head.

Fairly clean but bare bones essentials, nothing more.

Esthetics were terrible, looks like an abandoned building when you pull up.

Needs updating for money charged!

Lady at check-in kept trying to run my credit card saying it was declined, after I said it was paid for. The beds are hard beding is rough, the tub was dirty, the toilet was loose. The room was over crowded small walk way. Walls are paper thin you can hear next store room tv. The place needs a good update if it's going to represent the Wyndham name. The breakfast bar is a flop, juice machine didn't work. Poor handicap parking.

It was in a good location with beautiful surroundings but the hotel was not what I expected with the Wyndham name

It was very disgusting mold everywhere the entire facility was in disrepair the room smelled like Mold and urine.

We only slept here one night after a very tiring day. Would not want to stay again.

The shower head was nice, but the curtain was moldy.

The bed linens were stained. We asked for clean sheets, they gave us new stained sheets but said they were clean. There was a hair in the shower, making us wonder how well it was cleaned.

It was nice and accomediating

The room was nice and the location had a lot of food places to eat. It seemed like a safe location too. They had breakfast in the morning . The cleaning lady was extremely nice, she made sure we were stocked with shampoo and supplies.

The front desk charged me more money to check in earlier. I wish I would have known this. Also my husband said he was up all night hearing people talking and smelling cigarettes through the wall although I did not.

The room and breakfast were unacceptable.

The room air condition are and all the tv channels worked.

The toilet was jacked up. You had to “flush” it twice to get it to flush in the normal manner. The sink and the dressers had sticky crap on them and I don’t think that there were clean sheets on the bed.

Overall, our stay was fine for the little bit of time we were there.

The location was great. Close to shops and convenient to get to. Check in was easy and the room was clean.

There were some issues from a maintenance standpoint. The toilet seat was loose (broken). They could use a handy man to fix the minor issues in the room.

pleasant stay but seriously outdated and in need of repair. toilet seat needed attention as it was constantly falling of

beds wicked comfortable. really decent breakfast even without water made available.

housekeeping didn’t do a very good job vacuuming floors after last person. front desk staff were awesome and friendly.

Mattress was very uncomfortable. Heater vent was very dusty. Blanket comforter was not warm. Shower was nice and friendly staff.

It was ok for a short and quick stay.

Easy to locate and variety of places to eat and stores to go to.

The bed sheets were not very clean and several pillows cases had stains, including lipstick and also found hair on the sheets.

the worst stay I have ever had!

where do I start: Dried feces on the “clean” folded towel, people screaming and crying in the hallway all night, the manager trying to kick someone out of the hotel in the middle of the night acrossed the hall, the jacuzzi tub didn’t hold water, the room was so dirty, the sheets and blankets had rips, there was black mold on the walls, the alarm clock was set to wake you up with blasting music at 1am, people using drugs.

i would go back to stay there again. I felt safe and relaxed.

room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. tv and frig and coffee pot were all in working order. Management was very friendly and free breakfast was great! parking lot was lit up nicely at night.

furniture was worn. needed paint and attention to fixtures. toilet was very low.
