Great big clean rooms, breakfast was hot and very good- a lot of variety, location was lovely. Enjoyed our stay there very much, it was also very quiet so that was nice.

The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and a joy. She gave all the guest fresh baked cookies and was very accommodating. The room was clean and easy access to outside. Breakfast was also great, love the yogurt machine
Only thing that wasn’t great was how long it took to heat the room up.

The parking lot. It really needs to be re done. It is so harsh that the wheels on the suitcases were unable to be rolled on and I was afraid of them breaking.

Smelled like wet dog, very noisy AC, and it had a bright light outside was right next to window.

The common areas were okay. Breakfast was basic but they do have some hot food including a waffle maker.
The first floor of the hotel is in the basement and it smells bad. Our room was all the way in the back of the first floor hallway and the smell got worse as you walk down the hallway. The smell carried into the room. They try to cover up the smell with air fresheners but it just doesn’t work. The carpet and upholstery were stained and disgusting. The room was really dated. Worse than a motel. No elevator.

Good breakfast. Good location.
We moved to three different rooms: first room was not made up, second room was better, then front desk called and moved us to facilitate needs of another guest. Each was on a different floor.

The breakfast was very sparse, there was no protein or fruit available. The waffles were great.
The curtains were not light blocking. The room was lit up by the outside lights.

Close to the college
We were placed in the basement that has not been renovated. It was "vintage" 1960s.
The room smelled aweful.
The pullout sofa bed was broken.
The airbed that was brought in deflated halfway through the night.
The TV got crap reception & was the old "box" style.
It DEFINITELY did not match up with the nice pics online

Good price and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Comfy beds.
The room was not clean. There was a toothbrush holder left from the previous guest on the bathroom sink. There was pubic hair on the toilet and in the tub. Floors were not clean either. Soundproofing was nonexistent. Heard doors banging all night long.

The hotel service was excellent. The room was also very nice, especially for the price. And, they offered a real free breakfast with hot items like pancakes and waffles as well as a wide variety of other foods
Honestly, nothing. Every employee was helpful, kind and polite. The beds were comfy, the shower water stayed hot and they checked with us daily to see if we need maid services. There was plenty of parking, the decor was update and it had all the amenities you’d expect and others you don’t.
