Very very clean rooms! The room and bed was comfortable. The staff were awesome and so welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast at the cafe was nice and tasty.

The location in Spokane is great. Very walkable to the Riverfront park, shopping and restaurants. And all the super expensive overpriced hotels are right around the corner! Breakfast is served at restaurant about a block away, I recommend the breakfast burrito. The rooms were clean and there's on-site parking that's included in the room price.

I loved the property and its proximity to downtown Spokane. Just three blocks up from the mall and so close to all the good food, coffee, shops and restaraunts as well. So endless options for stuff, though be mindful of hours on stores per usual to make sure you get there before closing.
I could see some maintenance being done to stuff like the doors, but besides that I really have no complaints. Our bathroom door had a bit of paint chipping but besides that it was perfect. Everything worked well too so a superb stay all in all.

The room was a good size and conveniently located. The front desk staff were great and friendly. My room was next to the train tracks so earplugs were provided, and those worked pretty well, though the shaking could be disrupting.
