Was going to check out but no one at the desk. Sign to press button for service. Did so but no response.

The hotel was fairly close to the concert venue and the restaurant where we booked our dinner.The view from our room was of an attractive pond.
We booked our room in order to attend a concert at the CMAC Center. The location was good and the view from our window was of aa attractive pond. Our room had a visibly patched hole in one wall and a damaged wall next to a bed with heavy scuff marks. The room also smelled heavily of some kind of cleaning/disinfecting agent. I would say the room was clean. Also, when entering our room for the first time there was some kind of loud argument going on down the hall. I can believe we paid almost $300 for the room.
