Location, location, location. I love the fact that I had a pool. The facility looked fresh and up-to-date. Highly recommend. I will be back.

The location is the best. Directly across from the beach and near both Seaside Heights and Seaside Park access. Restaurants and live music very close by. Free parking is a luxury in Seaside and they have guaranteed one spot for each room reserved. Also they offer free beach badges which saved us extra money.

The rooms need updating especially the mattresses. You can hear everything outside as there is not a good seal around the door. We could feel the draft on all sides of the door. Bring a sound machine or fan to drown out the outside noise.

Rock hard bed, crippled us. Very small TV, very small old bathroom.
