HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- THE WORSE EVER……..

NOTHING-ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

This hotel should be scraped off all booking sites.. A dungeon is better. This hotel is sooooooooooooo dirty with unprofessional staff. They advertised breakfast- that was a LIE. The rooms are dirtier than a pig stall, the sheets are not washed. We asked for a non- smoking room because we have a baby- instead we got a smoke chimney… A word is indeed enough for the wise. He that has ears …. Let them hear… DoNoGoThere!! The drawer was broken, there is no iron, the floor was sticky, the entire room was DUSTY… I’m not sure what the cleaners do when they prep for a new guest. The pictures online is not the true picture of the I should have known better I wish I can add the pictures… that would have done better justice… phew!!! Please do not go there…

It was dirty it smelled linen had stains and half used products left by hotel for new guests to use very disgusting I ask the desk lady for new pillowcases because they smelled and were stained and she agreed they were stains on them. What a shame!

I booked a one night stay with the Days Inn by Wyndham Chesapeake. This by far has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am a Dept of Defense employee, I have stayed in many third world country hotels better than this Days Inn. The sheets were dirty and soiled, my wife went to shower and the drain was clogged, the towels in the bathroom were stained and smelled like mildew. The Air conditioner was broken and missing parts, you could not even see what each dial controlled and it had mold all over the unit. There were dead insects on the floor and flys buzz around inside the room. Since the A/C did not work, the room had a musty smell and very hot. When I called the Hotel front desk, the manager claimed there were no more rooms and I had to tough it out with staying in this room. The manager said there was nothing she can do. I decided the room was unsatisfactory and I requested a refund due to all the issues. The manager said she could not give me a refund, I told I am leaving anyway. I rather drive 3 hrs back hime than stay there a minute more. I turned in my key card thirty minutes after my arrival. I will never stay in this hotel again and I recommend you blacklist this hotel from all booking websites

It was the bear necessities and that's it.

The people were friendly. The ac in the room worked great. The shower had plenty of hot water and the shower head put out lots of water instead of a small stream like in many places.

Sheets and comforters were clean but stained. Desk had razor blade marks all over 1 corner. Furniture was old and dresser was broken. No pictures or anything on the walls and 1 wall had a fist sized hole in it. 1 towel and washcloth in a double room. It appears that no money has been put into the motel in a long time.

Very close to casino, multiple food places. For the price, the value is good. surprisingly clean.

Disappointing

Bad location. had fight right outside our door. no coffee filter and big wall picture was down. was made out like it was our fault. Room/ cleanliness was ok. checkin staff was nice. NO BREAKFAST unlike advertised but Hardees next door. No refund if cancelled.

I'm sorry but unfortunately the pics are very outdated the place looks nothing like it's represented online . I like that there were no bugs inside!!! That's all I can say that I liked

I truly wished I would have taken pics of the hotel but I just made sure I only slept there . But sadly it was not what online represents. Smells like smoke 🚬 and I was going to formal dinners as well as my birthday and I had to worry if my suits would smell like smoke . Toilet issues no one ever came to do any room service so I had to go to Walmart to purchase towels for my room . I was told housekeeping doesn't come until 9am but they still didn't come to my room . Then only to hear neighbors complaining about lack of towels smh . If they were honest about what they offer and I stayed there I wouldn't complain but this was completely unfair and my birthday was damping by my experience there .

The room was not clean, the door was broken, shower curtain had mold. We went out and when we got back we were locked out of our room for 3 hours in the wee hours of the morning.

reservation was supposedly canceled due to the room having no heat but my reservation doesn’t show canceled on the app and the front attendant at the hotel was rude in that she wasn’t speaking loud enough for us to hear her and had to ask her several times to speak up.

I liked that everything was close by and easy to get too. The employee that was working was very kind and nice.

I didn't like that my cover sheet had a burn mark in it. People outside at times became very loud when arguing.

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!

Very little.

Roaches right outside our room’s door. TV on already when we came in, burn marks & stains on beds. No shampoo bottle, only a half used conditioner. Loud TV, yelling, & banging on other doors all night. It’s located in a bad area too- the night we were there, the person in the room next door to us had his catalytic converter stolen right out of his car in the hotel parking lot. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES TO STAY!

People partying all night in the parking lot and doors slamming from cars and the rooms didn't feel safe at all couldn't sleep at all roaches crawling up the wall and in the bathroom and floors horrible I won't recommend it to no one.

Booked for the price, location was fine as we were travelling on next morning

No breakfast available though the booking said it was included in the price. The first room had a wash basin that emptied all over the floor, changed room for one where the toilet was continually running water

the room was dirty they refused to give me a different room then told me I could clean it myself after I paid all that money and told me they don’t do refunds and I would have to wait until the house keepers come in to get it cleaned when I check out at 11 it’s a lot of commotion going on at this hotel and the staff was very rude and didn’t show a once of empathy I will not be staying here ever again worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!!!!…..
