The room was fine, the location convenient, and the price right.
The people in the room next door had an argument late into the night ( until after 11 PM ) and then again in the morning (starting at 5AM) making it hard to sleep.

The privacy and it was a place to relax away from my own personal life

The bathroom was pretty okay, it was clearly renovated recently. There was also not much dust on any surfaces, so it seems to be well dusted and swept.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there were cigarette burns on the bedding as well as on some furniture, mainly the nightstand. Floors left dirt on the bottom of my socks as well.
