The pool & hot tub were a nice size, in good working condition and had comfortably warm water. The beds were comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot & warm water. There were large nice smelling bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion provided.
There was a nice breakfast selection.
Some of the towels were worn out and stained. Some of the fixtures were kind of worn.

Looks newly renovated
Bedding not for winter. Light feather no blanket and no additional blankets in the room. Just a light feather made for summer and a sheet. I was freezing, had to turn up heat which dried out my sinus. Tv had no instructions and 2 remotes with no idea of what they were for. Had to bring up desk person and she even had troubles. Got a phone call on hotel phone at 2:15am where a man asked me to please hold for a minute and stared heaving breathing into phone. How did that call go through to my room?
