I loved the location ! The beds were very comfortable !
The shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure and the pillows were too firm for my liking ! It would be nice to have a couple firm
And soft for guest to choose from

On the beach. Close to the pier and downtown.
Parking is very tight. Room is slightly outdated and could use some upgrades. Ceiling & walls.

The location is great to be close to the pier, Main Street , all the happenings one would want , but if you desired quiet or secluded it’s not for you , the proximity to the beach is perfect
Rooms are decent but VERY dated , all of old orchard beach is very dated but yet historic at the same time , it’s a tourist destination if you want the quiet secluded beaches of Maine , this is not it
