I will not ever go back. This was the worst hotel/motel experience of my life.

Absolutely nothing!

The property has the worst lighting; parking lot is dark, outside entrances to rooms are poorly lit. We had no Air conditioner and it was a very warm day/night. Beds are terrible. Room was full of flies. Nobody slept. Floors are filthy. Bathroom was dirty. If it wouldn’t have been so late at night when we got there we would have left. I’m pretty sure a “blade disposal” box in the bathroom wall is not standard in hotels, at least not the ones I’ve stayed at. I was there with my 2 sons and we didn’t think the door would stop anyone from breaking in. This was the most awful experience I’ve ever had. I DO NOT recommend staying at this property. I have NEVER been scared of what could happen at a property until I stayed here.

Except for the issue with the door, we enjoyed our stay!

Good location for where we needed to be during the day. The staff were friendly & helpful and the room seemed clean. Also really liked the dog area near our room & that they don't seem to charge extra for bringing our dog with us.

The door into our room was hard to open & close like it was warped or something. If we weren't careful it also wouldn't close all the way. We either had to give it a good push from the inside or pull from the outside to make sure it closed all the way. Also, the carpet was a little dingy & loose, but not bad enough to not stay there again.

Balcony room. Convenience store.

Pool and hot tub ok but a bit scummy and highly chlorinated no clean pool towels. No bathrooms in pool area. breakfast was not tasty. Carpet very dirty in commons and rooms.

Would NOT recommend

The breakfast gal was super friendly. Good food with eggs cooked to order, clean dining room.

Dark, dingy, filthy rooms , extremely outdated, beds are small and uncomfortable. Toilet had pee all around the base and on the seat. Floors were so dirty that my white socks turned brown from walking on the carpet. While taking a shower, the water wasn't draining. Ran out of hor water within 5 minutes in the shower. Coffee pot was disgustingly dirty

Clean and quiet

I stayed 5 days and never had housekeeping. Did not empty trash ever. Called desk my 5th day request a set of clean towels andtake trash. This was AM. Got back early evening trash was still in room and no towel

Disappointing

Location, Nice staff

There was a hole in the fitted sheet. One light blanket in the room during winter weather. Noisy heater, noisy parking lot during the night.

room was so dirty, dirty sheets we didn’t stay for our 3 night stay , at Sturgis motorcycle rally price of over 500 per night the least they could have done is put on clean unstained sheets

Pleasant

The breakfast area was the best part. Very friendly worker and very helpful.

Traffic noise. Our fridge did not work, the heater was very loud, and our toilet would make a noise like it was going to flush but stopped when nobody was in the bathroom.

The breakfast and the older lady working were the best part of the stay at this motel.

Wasn't very clean. No chairs to sit outside on balcony. Parking lot was very uneven and garbage everywhere.

Won’t go back!

We stayed 3 nights and every night we returned nothing had been done to our room. I called and spoke to the front desk and they didn’t have any idea why our room wasn’t cleaned or restocked with fresh towels etc. A man brought us fresh towels the first night. Same thing second night. I call down to the front desk and the sweet girl has no answers for me. We meet half way and she gives me towels, soap, shampoo etc. She lets me know how sorry she is and says she will leave a note for the owners in the morning. The last morning before we leave I go to the front office to report how disappointed I am in the lack of service we received. I walk in and it’s the man who brought the towels up the first time. I tell him that we have not had our room cleaned etc since we had been there. He gets nasty and said I brought you towels the first night and I ask why we have to keep calling for clean ones daily. He tells me if we wanted our room cleaned we should have told them because they weren’t cleaning rooms because of COVID. How come you didn’t tell us that when we first got there or when we booked the room or when you the man that owns the business brought us clean towels! Duh! Let people know what they are paying for but not getting! You must be saving a month on help!

The communications with the owner, the breakfast and the cleanliness of the pool area and carpet on the stairs.

The fan in our bathroom was super loud and made a screaming noise when it was on.

The option to have eggs cooked fresh at breakfast was great.

The television didn't work. We did inform the front desk but it wasn't/could not(?) during our stay. We did receive a discount on the room as a result, so we were satisfied with the outcome overall.

Adequate. Comfortable beds and good location.

Judy served as an excellent hostess for the breakfast clients. She was both eager to serve and pleasant to talk to. I thoroughly enjoyed her scrambled eggs and sausages. Coffee was plentiful.

I was disappointed by the lack of soap and shampoo. I ended up going to the grocery store for those supplies.

Building is a work in process and was in need of several repairs. Shower fixture coming out of wall

Amazing stay for the price, better breakfast than any restaurant!!

We weren't sure what to expect as it looked a little rough around the edges and there was construction going on inside. We were so beyond happy with our stay. The room was clean, beds very comfortable, showers hot. We did ask for some extra towels and blankets as we stayed 3 nights and with a baby. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL. Judy was the absolute best, making our eggs and sausage to order and she was so friendly. We loved it so much and will definitely stay again!!

Had to ask for some towels for the pool but that was really not a problem!!
