Attractive property, was clean, bed was comfortable
One hand towel inn the room (not a big thing but showed a lack of housekeeping detail). Breakfast was marginal. Room was oddly furnished and somewhat dimly lighted.

Close to everything
Refrigerator stop working, usually I have a coffee machine in my room. Couldn’t have coffee at night when I got back. Didn’t have a microwave would have been nice too.

Room was a great size and well stocked/cleaned. Staff was friendly and knowledge.
The complementary breakfast was lacking, especially for people with different dietary needs.

Staff did accommodate my wife with room change to first floor as she has trouble with steps.
Hand rails in the bathroom, water in the sink ran really slow.
