Cannot recommend

The breakfast was a joke. A half assed attempt at being lazy with "covid precautions" as the excuse?

The floor slept better than the bed, honestly.

Great value for comfort and cleanliness!

The grab and go breakfast was excellent. Just right. The room was very clean, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks for helping make our 25th anniversary trip so special.

The TV remote didn't work sometimes. But we just restarted the TV and it was okay.

The Hotel staff is excellent!! 100%⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The other guest not following the non smoking rule on my floor. On the bright side the front desk gave me a can of "frebreeze" which helped out a lot....//// I look forward to my next visit this place rocks!! 🎸

Superb

I need to give a hearty and well deserved shout out to the staff at this hotel! I randomly selected this place due to the great last minute price and good online reviews - Google Maps reviews for sure steered us right this trip! Was moving my daughter's best friend, along with my daughter's remaining belongings left back home in Michigan, to their new apartment in Manhattan. Price was great, and Kate (I think! ) at check in was a delight - friendly as you could hope for, yet very professional, and extremely helpful. I asked about local dining options and she produced a few pages stapled together, all local restaurants that are favorites of the staff who took it upon themselves to make this for their customers, complete with individual directions from the hotel to each place! Very thoughtful. I don't remember the names of the rest of the staff we dealt with, but the lady who checked us out the next morning was equally friendly and great to deal with. Delightful again comes to mind. A very basic breakfast was also offered (think prepackaged muffins and a couple of juice options and coffee) which was nice. My daughter's friend accidentally left an item in our room and staff and management went all out to reach us! They called me, emailed me, AND messaged me through Booking. They went above and beyond to try to get a hold of us, and once we called them back, they arranged the shipment of it no problem. The room itself was very clean and overall we were very happy with it. My main complaint was the mattress - it felt lumpy and hard. Otherwise, I was very happy with what we got for the price. Highly recommended this place for the weary traveler. Picture is right as we arrived at sunset, taken in the front of the hotel, looking away from the hilltop lobby and rooms towards the beautiful view...

Neglected property

I liked the quick check in

It was very run down. Very noisy. Moldy ac unit. Fresh Blood on Pillow upon our arrival. Hair in the shower. Broken card reader on door. Just neglected

Perfect stay, great people, very good bed.

Helpfull staff, good start-of-a-day breakfast - coffee, water, muffins, fruit salad. Perfectly clean and big enough room, fantastic comfortable bed, heating working when needed. Big enough parking, good location near the highway, and next to a grill restaurant. everything was great thank you very much! Value for money, would stay there again anytime. :)

good location, decent sized room. employees were very nice. they are dog friendly.

floors were not clean. breakfast was not good. it was better in the past. bed uncomfortable.

I like how close it is to stores such as walmart wawa dollar tree and food..The rooms are clean staff is friendly and the windows open which is good because i like sleeping with noise and fresh air when the weather is good

The bed i had this time in the 3rd floor was so hard i woke up in pain the last 2 rooms i had the bed was so soft this one unfortunately felt like rock it was flat no type of cushion at all

Courteous staff, easily accessible, and clean rooms.

The staff was exceptionally cordial and helpful. The desk clerk expedited the cleaning of the room we would be using because we were traveling with our dog. The next day the cleaner, Callie found the credit card we had misplaced and immediately had the desk clerk notify us so they could return to us. Definitely great service.

We enjoyed our one night stay. No complaints.

9.21.22 Woman at check-in was helpful, friendly and cheerful. 9.22.22 morning check-out gentleman was polite, cheerful, and helpful. Never have had better. Kudos! Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Mini-fridge didn't smell clean. Overall, the room just met the "clean" standard. Could have been better. Bathroom was clean. Expensive for a budget inn.
