The bed was new and very comfy and the sheets were very soft. New carpet and clean. Large TV. Customer service was nice and very friendly.

There was a new shower but the shower door was installed incorrectly so that when you opened the shower door water came out into the floor so we had to use towels to dry it up. They should remove the shower door and re-install it or put a shower curtain up.

Location to Bristol motor speedway was right at 20 minutes which was fantastic for the race!!

A/C unit in our room was quite noisy

We were never offered breakfast

bathroom facilities were atrocious. Walls so discolored and room smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with fragrance. Desk person was nice but I had to retrieve fresh towels they offered to bring but never did the first night. Second night they didn't have any clean towels ready so I had to come back for them. It looks like no one is putting any money into the place and if we could have gone elsewhere we would have. However, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.
