Very poor

There were cigarette burns on the blankets, the room phone didn't work, the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned as there was hair and dirt around the drain of the shower. The pool and hot tub were not open 😒

one night stay because of out of town event, poor house keeping. bed was comfortable.

Our room had food in the fridge. and there was a Walmart sack tied up with trash on the floor. there was a used bottle of (not hotel size or brand) Aveeno lotion and a hand towel left on the desk. Crumbs on top of the sofa table. The bed was made and clean and the bathroom was clean as well. I figured maybe hotel staff was using this room as a break room before we checked in. It was late when we checked in and no-one was at the front desk. I doubted I would get far with making a complaint. I will probably not stay again due to the poor attention of our room.

A night in hell!

Nothing. Took a shower, and when I got out of the bathtub the floor was covered in water. The overhead fan was so dilapidated that the bathroom was engulfed in steam. We called the front desk to get towels to wipe up the water on the bathroom floor. The air conditioner/ heater rattled all night. Not once did the front desk suggest to give us a better room, they just said they would let management know about the problems. We had thought with the good reputation that Best Western hotels had, that we would be fine in staying there. Well, your hotel proved us wrong, and we will definitely NOT be staying there anytime in the future.

Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Convenient to the baseball games we were attending. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. Comfy bed and pillows.

$160 night room was more like a $59 a night room

Basic room

For $160 plus taxes etc, in Tyler Texas, it seemed pricey for a very very worn out room. Very dated. The dresser was missing a drawer. The arms of the sitting chairs which were a type of "pleather" was tattered and ripped. looked like something found abandoned under a bridge. even though non-smoking, it had that smell of dank oldness. It was off a main thorough fare and very noisy at night. We were in Tyler for family emergency and had no time to plan, and chose this place only because it was late and close to the hospital. I guess its the new norm but: When I arrived (around 10pm) no one at desk. Kinda scary waiting around for someone to come out, even though i had called hotel desk to confirm my arrival before 11pm.

Great location, it was very clean. front desk clerk was very friendly.

The fact the elevator went out was awful. first there was no lights on it and then it stopped working completely!!! I had knee surgery my mother is 87 and the fact we had to do stairs was awful and exhausting.

great location. Nice breakfast.

Hair all over room from cleaning service women. Hair in tub , on toilet , bedspread. towels left lint on skin . Furniture chips half broken . Paid over $300 for 2 nights for that place . Never again.
