Ticks all the boxes: clean, everything works, very budget friendly. This is the first budget hotel room I've stayed in for a long time in which everything, lights, a/c, etc., works as it should. A big bonus is that the room has proper lighting, unlike most hotel rooms which are too dark.

Clean nice quiet room.
The lobby is a put off. If I had not had a reservation I would have left. The lobby and check in is inviting in fact a real turn off

Good value for money
The front desk personnel was friendly. He accommodated our late arrival and departure.
Room was clean and the sheets were clean.
Washroom was clean, towels, etc all there. 2 sets of towels
Huge property, and well kept. Clean area.
Good value for money.
Pillows were too soft for me. That is just me, my preferences is firmer pillows, which most motels or hotels don’t have.
If they switched to white light bulbs..it could brighten up the place.

Conveniently located to where I needed to be.
It wasn’t the cleanest- can tell they are trying to update the property. Still need some work done in the room.
