Kimmie was wonderful! We had an issue with another guest next door, and she took care of it immediately and gave us an extra night for free. We'll be returning in the winter to watch the King Tide and spend our Christmas there!
The buildings are old and have been updated at various times, we could tell. But it was very clean, probably one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed at. You really can't beat the price. It's an affordable stay.

Location to event was good.
Where was the complimentary WI-FI? There was no one in the "office" when we arrived. Peaking in the window and the office looked like a dirty warehouse. The grounds were ugly and unkempt. Never again.
