Super quaint spot in the perfect location for walking to town. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. The bed was firm and really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
The wifi was spotty and mostly didn’t work. We also had issues with the tv. Breakfast was delicious but isn’t served until 9 which actually was 9:15 ish both mornings. We are early risers so we had to eat something to tide us over and it slows down the ability to get an early start on adventures. I think it’d make a huge difference if they served at a punctual 8 or 8:30.

Breakfast good, fresh, and varied over 3 days that we stayed. Enjoyed a spacious studio cottage, with outdoor seating and dining areas on two sides with beautiful surrounding gardens and distant sea views. Bed was very comfortable, cottage decor eclectic but tasteful. Very restful after a long and somewhat frustrating trip from New York City.
Property has a few buildings that are somewhat run down and apparently serve as storage for an eclectic collection of items. While these are kept separate from the immaculate guest rooms and areas, they are still immediately visible and create a first impression at odds with the photos. They are not a problem, however, once one sees the actual guest rooms and experiences the fantastic sea views past the beautiful gardens.
