It was so cozy and the staff was so incredible nice to me. I loved the cleanliness of the room and the over all entire vibe. The bed was so comfortable.
Well.. the pool wasn’t up and running but I survived.

Clean bathroom and room, clean soft sheets, no bad smells
Top bedding had some staining and the hotel itself was weirdly humid, inside the room was fine

We weren’t bothered and had plenty of privacy. The staff was friendly enough and willing to help and answer any questions. Very understanding and helpful when we had problems with booking and understanding when we brought our pet.
We found a couple dirty spots in our room ie hair in the tub, dirt and stuff on the carpet and bathroom floors, and our roof tiles were caving in a bit. None of it really bothered us because we didn’t stay long in the room except to sleep but I did want to bring attention to it.
