To sum it up, we are pleased with what we got for what we paid. I actually expected less 2 double queen adjoining rooms

The property is clean and up to date for my expectations. The reviews scared us a little , but this is not the plaza hotel. Exceptional quality and value for the price.

Breakfast could use a waffle maker and a bit of an upgrade. There was a small odor which went away after ventilating and turning on the A/C

We will not be booking there anymore.

The location was close to Kings Island

The rooms were not clean, floors were sticky, curtains were falling off the rods, no knobs on the drawers, the desk was broken in the middle and bowed really bad, the tub was not clean and had to clean it, I just felt really gross in the room.

The rooms do not match the images provided on the website. Needs more lighting and an all over update. Bathroom floor was dirty. Commode didn't work properly and bedding was rough

Will not book this property again!

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and efficient both for check in and check out.

It was very outdated. There was “stuff” on the walls in the room. There was no stopper for the tub, and I had specifically requested a tub. There was no coffee maker in the room. The bed was hard as a board, so I didn’t get much sleep.

There was drug paraphernalia in our room. Traveling with children thankfully we (parents) found it before our kids did. Staff refused to let me see a supervisor and refused us a refund.

I’ve stayed many times but this one was not the best

I’ve stayed here many times and have quite enjoyed it until this last time

Found bedbugs and a crack pipe in my room

Non-smoking room smoked like smoke the couple next to our room was fighting and yelling and cussing all night our kids heard everything told the front desk guy all he did was tell them to quiet down and nothing else barely slept all night. Pool needs repainted can feel the paint chips at the bottom

when I booked I was paying when I got there I received a phone call stating I need to pay now or I my room would be cancelled I’ve stayed on this property a lot I was driving from Georgia to Ohio I didn’t appreciate this I would have called an cancelled myself

the breakfast was awfull they had biscuts and canned gravy with cereal. the also had juice and coffee with hard boiled eggs. the worst part if you took anything to your room they would charge an additional 50$

I really like the looks of the place and it was clean. The staff was rather rude, they thought we were smoking and threatened to charge us until the second staff member went in and realized we were burning nothing but invents, even then they were very rude and we're looking like they thought they were better then us, making out stay very uncomfortable. Other then that it was enjoyable, the room was 🙂 nice and we enjoyed that.

Like I mentioned the staff was rude, the morning workers only the night shift staff was rather nice

The hotel was ok for a one night stay where I didn't need to spend much time there.

The room was clean.

Everything was old. Breakfast was extremely limited. No outdoor sign to know that you are in the right place.

Not worth the price newer hotels surrounding it will be my choice in the future.

Breakfast was actually decent.

Ran down old hotel for the price, indoor pool was ice cold, gym was in a closet.
