Outside clean and well-kept. Room has Tv, microwave, refrigerator, all relatively new. Also excellent air conditioner.
The room itself was very clean, but the sink,bathtub and toilet are all pretty worn - could use an update.

The location was near the highways I wanted to get to and was reasonably near Elmira where I wanted to visit. And the internet worked.
The bathroom needs to be updated. The plastic/fiberglass tub was cracked about the drain and the faucet controls hard to regulate easily. The bedding (a thick quilt) was much too heavy for the summer.
