main light switches & sockets not working dirty bath radio alarm went off randomly at 5am really poor value for money

Cheap motel, good for a short stay

Comfortable bed, good WiFi, standard complimentary breakfast, and very good heating in room.

Front entrance was broken and unable to be used, check-in staff wasn’t aware of how to complete my check-in and entrance wasn’t clear when arriving in dark.

BED BUGS! I would avoid at all costs!

There were BED BUGS! I woke up in the morning covered in beg bug bites. I should have know from the start, as the towels weren't folded and the bed had hair all over it, the room had clearly not been cleaned.

We didn't even stay it was so bad

Both times we needed assistance, no one came to the desk for awhile. There was no toilet paper in our room, dead bugs on the bathroom floor, people sleeping in the lobby, paint chipping in the room, limited parking, entry way difficult to navigate uphill, no elevator. We stored our luggage, went to our event, then came back to the hotel and checked out and into a nicer, cleaner, friendlier location.

The girls at the desk that is it

Omg this place is gross, i had problems since i walked in the door, first we check in come to our room and there was facial matter(poop) on the toilet seat that i cleaned myself, then we left went to the guardians game, came back went to take a shower and the shower was dirty on the shower selfs, the one towel was dirty and one had blood on it, theres double A batteries scotch taked up that operates the door? Dirty pillow case. terrible experience, the women who work the desk

dead fly on the room desk, no ice bucket. the room door had tape all over the lock on the inside with a gape between the door and frame. peeling paint on walls

Disappointing

Location to lake and downtown Cleveland.

Female front desk cleck was not polite and never said thank you. Place had smell like mildew and mold! Carpet was dirty in hallways. Trash in parking lot. Building landscape was over grown!

right by the water

there was no parking at all. we had to park on the street and walk. They rent out their lots to the apartments near by so the lot was completely full when we got there. staff said there was nothing you could do.

The parking is small and hard to get around in. They only had one wash cloth 1towel and 1 hand towel for 4 people room was small very small. The main thing I was unhappy with was that there was absolutely no breakfast nothing.

Was not a good stay. Vending machines did not work the two days we were there.

They didn't clean rooms only if u ask them to therefore we had to ask for toilet paper, coffee,etc.wS
