convenance and location and the price
the bathroom the shower curtain was leaning and there was some floor work around the door seal and flooring in the bathroom that needed addressing. the tube didnt feel very secure underneath. there was chair level paint peeling off the wall where a chair rubs it and it needs to be addressed..

The property was a good location, clean room, nice staff at check in.
The bed was uncomfortable, but that might be a personal preference type of thing. Otherwise, this was a good place to stay!

The cleanliness of our unit. There were deposits on the toilet seat. Raised the question what else was not cleaned?
