The location is good. If you’re traveling north or south on the east sound there are few “I just need a place to sleep” options. Most will run $50-100 more per night. If you prioritize the location, a bed, and a bathroom—this place will work. (And who doesn’t like a free hotel waffle and cup of coffee in the morning?!)
This is an older hotel—there is nothing fancy about it. The hotel is run on a low cost model and it shows. The door on the bathroom was loose and hard to close. There was some soap residue on the holder in the shower. The trash cans on the property were all full. Basically, it could have been cleaner. The free breakfast was very basic—but they did have waffles and coffee.
