Clean room, checkin was fast and easy. Linda was very nice and friendly. Appreciated the microwave and mini fridge. Decent continental breakfast( which we only had a banana) they had coffee, half/half, apples, clementines and bananas, assorted pastries.
Water pressure was very weak in the shower. Motel is right by the freeway so it got noisy.

Nice grounds and convenient to main Saint Regis travel attractions like the gift shop, restaurant and Talking Bird saloon! Our bed was very comfortable and that is a big bonus to have.
The individual cabins are cute and cozy. Bathrooms are small but for the price I really don’t care as long as they are clean and they are very clean.

Had everything needed - fridge, microwave, small bathroom with good hot water. OK internet, OK light in the room, OK power outlets for charging tech. A small seating area outside on grass. Breakfast of pastries and fruit provided.
(1) when I arrived there were 3 other people waiting and no-one in the (hot) office. Came in 10 mins. (2) Room was baking hot and no air conditioning. It had a big unshaded south facing window. The curtains were drawn and it had a fan, but still really hot. (3) I went to sit outside. The chairs were weird with the back legs too far forward. When I leaned back I went right over backwards (4) mosquitos. (5) Back inside I would have opened the door to create a through-flow of air, but there was a 4 inch gap at the bottom of the screen door for mosquitos to come (5) it was close to the main road and there was a lot of traffic - earplugs helped with this. They offered me another room because mine was so hot, but not until I had unpacked, food in the fridge, washing in the basin & 2 sec from stepping in the shower - so too late to accept it.
