Nestled in Missoula, this attractive bed and breakfast for $125 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We are serious about proving the most comfortable and economical stay possible for our guests! The University of Montana neighborhood guest house is a short four block walk to campus. Quiet, private and secure, new furnishings and easy access to the heart of Missoula. This space is fully furnished and includes all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment for cooking up a lovely meal after a busy day of hiking, fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, running, rafting, kayaking, golfing, photography, hunting, or just exploring! The unit includes a king sized bed, a queen sized pull out couch and an available pack and play for a little one. The western facing deck is furnished with comfortable chairs and a table to provide a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or lounge in the afternoon with a good book or a beverage from one of Missoula's eight local breweries. Wireless internet access, a flatscreen TV, in unit laundry and air conditioning add to the comfort of this place being your home away from home! One private parking spot, a private entrance and private deck! I am available for questions about all things Missoula and emergencies during your stay but I like to give my guests privacy too during their vacation! This space is above a detached garage on a quiet Missoula alley. The are interior stairs to access the unit. We allow pets. The University Neighborhood is something out of Norman Rockwell painting. Bonner Park is a half a block away. Bonner park has a splash deck in the summer, play ground, tennis courts, basketball court, ball field, band shell, mature trees picnic tables, shelter and lots of grass! There are often events at Bonner Park for the whole family. Walk to the University of Montana facilities including University of Montana Adams Center, Washington Grizzly Stadium, University Golf Course, University Track and University Softball Facility! Walk to the a trailheads, breweries, restaurants, cafes, grocery, ice cream or downtown. Enjoy the best of Missoula! Bike, taxi, Uber, free City or University bus or walk!

This place is a balm to the traveler. The apartment is clean, well appointed, quiet and bright. Gabby has thought of everything for humans and dogs alike. It is situated in a walkable area with a park less than a block away and restaurants about 6 blocks away. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. I wish I had found this place before my daughter graduated from UM!

A wonderful place to stay that is SO close to the UM campus and right next to a beautiful park. So great that this VRBO is dog friendly too. Very clean, cute decor, great kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting our kid at UM.

We’ve stayed in Missoula many times but always in a motel - blah! Staying in a gem like this, in a beautiful neighborhood was SO much better! The nearby park was great for our pup. We’ll be back.

This family adventure was the off to college days. The apartment was perfect for our needs. There was a nice size alley parking space and ample parking for our second vehicle on the street. The space itself was clean and well planned. The location was perfect for us...close to U of M(walkable), lovely park close by and quiet for evenings/nights. We were so thankful for the AC as temperatures were in the 90s during the day. We did not use the kitchen much, but it was very well stocked with the basics for anyone wanting to cook or bake. Thanks for the great place to stay.

While we were initially concerned that we were going to stay in an apartment over a garage in an alley, the apartment was clean, quite nice and very comfortable. We would stay there again if in Missoula.

This is a wonderful spot and Gabby is a terrific host. Modern amenities, lots of space to stretch out. Very comfortable bed...comfy couch and chairs...and a nice deck. There were a lot of extra touches that made for a terrific time. When we come back to Missoula, this is where we'll stay.

Really cool unit above a huge garage, perfect for us and our dog as there was a park nearby for walks. The place is fully stocked and the balcony was an amazing place to sit and eat/drink our coffee. Really clean and easy process to check in and chat with the owner, would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect location to stay with my wife and two children (1&3); great walks thru the neighborhood, right next to Bonner park, morning walks to Caffe Dolce. The apt has everything we needed: Laundry, dishwasher, baby gate, parking spot. Gabby was always quick to respond for anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Super cute little apartment above the owner's garage. It had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and clean. The designated parking space is a little tight, so be aware if you're driving a truck or a larger vehicle.

Our VRBO was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside deck was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet. The owner, Gabby was very accommodating and we enjoyed spending time with her and her family. We ran the Missoula Marathon and the location of the VRBO was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved this property so much! The proximity to the college where our son resides this year was so convienient... the best part was seeing all the bucks in the park at night just a stones throw away from the property and the privacy and feeling like it was home instead of a hotel room...we loved everything about this property and everything they afforded us made our stay so comfortable. The coffee in the room was amazing considering I own a coffee shop! We will be back again and again:)

Charming spacious place with an outstanding, comfy bed! It has everything you need to enjoy your visit to Missoula and centrally located to travel to nearby cities. We enjoyed the provided coffee each morning and loved walking thru the sweet neighborhood each evening.... We definitely will be back to enjoy this great place again!
