This hotel is easy to find, comfortable, and a decent price. While the decor is a bit outdated, it does give it a retro mid-century motel vibe that’s kind of cool. The showers are hot, the AC is cool, and the beds are comfortable - and the room we had was super clean. The staff is also very friendly and helpful! Plus, a free hot breakfast in the attached Dakota Farms restaurant is included and we like that! We’ve stayed here twice during road trips from the Twin Cities to western Canada and would book again for sure.

We had our kids so we liked the big grassy patch in the front of the hotel and played soccer. The room was not great but it wasn’t terrible. The playpen we used for our baby was brand new and excellent! The bedding was cute and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good! They gave you coupons to eat for free at the restaurant right there connected to the hotel. If you wanted meat with breakfast, you had to pay extra. But the biscuits & gravy were good and the hash browns were also delicious! The A/C in our unit worked great, it almost got too cold. Also, there is a little park around the corner even though we didn’t make it over there to play. We had a short trip.
I was pissed that the website, THEIR website from google, said they had a pool and when we got there, she said it had been not available since before covid. We told my kids there was a pool and that was a huge disappointment all around! The hotel is outdated.. the bathtub is probably from the 70’s. It seems very retro but it was clean and everything worked fine for us.
