The staff was VERY friendly! The room was clean and everything in the room worked.
Parking lot was pretty full when we returned from our event. The upstairs hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, even though our room was nonsmoking.

I lived in (Franklin) for 86 years and moved to the state of Indiana, so I was back for a visit. Since I no longer can drive I was on foot and it was a wonderful location. My room was beautiful and everything about my stay was enjoyable!
there was really nothing that I did not like about my stay at the quality and then (Franklin)… Except that the room rate is a bit high for my income. At today’s prizes, however, I feel that it was probably worth the price. I am not crazy about Mexican food so I don’t want to comment on the hotels dining room, but the breakfast was good.

Convenience.
Very dated, poorly lit. Rooms totally outdated; old sinks, toilets, baths, narrow doorways.
Only 2 luggage carts, could never find one. Had to make 3 trips to the car.
Requested handicap accessible room; only have 1 in whole facility and it was booked. Doorways won’t accommodate even a transport chair; full size wheelchair isn’t going in bathroom at all. No grab bars anywhere, toilets a very low and so are sinks. Tall people would have issues.
Hard to filing light switches and very low wattage light bulbs, hard to see in rooms.
