We stayed for move-in day for our daughter at Rowan. Anytime we come up to Rowan to visit our daughter. We stay at the hotel and this time it was such a pleasant surprise. We got one of the huge rooms. Wish we were staying there a few days more to really enjoy it really had a nice time outside at the fire pit having a few cocktails getting to know some people people watching.

Comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly staff. Clean overall.
Elevator broken. Water jug in lobby not filled on 100 degree day. $9 for oatmeal?

Convenient and comfy
Housekeeping was interesting. We received something each day , however wasn’t consistent . One day the bed was made, another day it wasn’t. Dirty washcloths were not removed from the shower one day. We were never sure how many clean washcloths we would get each day . Vacuuming occurred only about every 3 days

Location was good. Not to far from attractions. There was no breakfast at hotel, but there were nice restaurants around the area.
I did not like that the shower was not as clean, and did not like the cafe was not open during my stay.
