Staff was nice assisted us with what we needed. Very beautiful accommodations
I wish you had a ramp out front so we can pull our luggage up instead of having to take it down the steps. I wish that the bar was open now with a specialty happy hour from advertisements that were in the lobby. But that may not be on by you guys understand wonderful staff though thank you

So much space - well appointed kitchen & laundry facilities too Lift is always nice. Quiet room
Next door a good supermarket and a couple of doors away from Primo a cafe/bar that’s not too spendy

The staff - they were very friendly and accommodating. The elevator was not working during our stay, but we cannot complain, because the young man who checked us in was so friendly while assisting us with our bags to the room. He provided extra towels, ice and gave a few recommendations for places to dine. The next morning at check out we were assisted by another kind gentleman, who not only brought our luggage down from the room, but loaded it into our Uber in the pouring rain. The young lady at check out graciously provided us with umbrellas.
We also liked the cleanliness of the room and hotel, the decor and style and of course the location. The room was comfortable and the price was great as well!
Other than the elevator not working, we liked everything about the property.

Close to transport and the beach. Nice kitchen and bathroom.
Unfortunately, the studio room I stayed in had a murphy bed (one that pulls down from the wall). This was set like it was permanently set up, which was fine. The problem I had with it, was that under the bed was a sofa which had its cushions removed. This then had the armrests of the sofa against the sides of the bed which made getting in and out difficult. When I asked reception about this, I was informed that the sofa is actually attached to the frame and couldn't be removed. I didn't notice the photo of this on the Booking.com site as I only saw the photos without a murphy bed.
If the property wants better reviews, I think they need to invest in newer beds.
The property could also do with ramps for ease of moving luggage as there are only steps.
