Breakfast was awesome. Large servings with great coffee. Variety of options
Coffee bar on the suite level was convenient but not very tasty
Very pretty location and building Food was excellent
Tub wall in suite was very high. I fell going over the edge and got hurt

The guest room & hotel common areas beautifully decorated; comfortable bed; view of Lake George; friendly staff; full breakfast included in the room price & served in a lovely room; assigned parking spot
Room housekeeping could improve--I found trash from previous guest on floor near bed, dust on lampshades, some cob webs near ceiling; our room faced the HVAC units so it was noisy from that; Lipton tea bags at breakfast; main gate entering property run down; original (beautiful!) front door lanterns not working/dark at night (a flickering gas light would fit in perfectly:); two large "easel" signage boards advertising condos/real estate tacky looking on front entrance porch; felt the pool was not part of the main building (located next to the other structures on property) so didn't feel comfortable using it

The restaurant was good
Disappointed. We stayed in Shepard room. Our room wasn’t clean, dusty with dirty cushions, we didn’t want to sit on it. They should be replaced. This is not 4 star hotel. See the pics.
