The hotel part was clean and modern
They were porely staffed and the ones that were there didnt know how to do their jobs
They were out of EVERYTHING and blamed it on deliverys but didnt even know how breakfast worked then bragged she was the kitchen manager ( their cook was awesome with the little he had to work with)!!!
Paid for a handicapped room and didnt get that either!

It was good value for the money. Big room with comfortable bed
Drunk people noisy in a front of entrance very noisy after 10 PM till midnight. Nobody from hotel corrected them. Strange procedure to get breakfast for which you have to pay

We liked the room layout and it was clean and comfortable. Selvin, the manager, was friendly and accommodating. He was a pleasure to deal with.
No tv's were working when we arrived. There only seemed to be one luggage cart and it wasn't available when we needed it.
