The staff where friendly, helpful, and professional. Conveniently close to attractions (Lake Compounce) and food/shopping areas within walking distance. Loved the outdoor patio area and pool.
The breakfast could use some attention. The microwave was not working so the food was luke warm at best. Basketball court was not open but I could understand noise concerns from guests since the courts are very close to the lower floor windows. The pillows could use a few more feathers, too.

My family and I loved the spacious room especially the kitchen with all the full sized appliances in it. We checked in on a Wednesday and they have social hours every Wednesday that comes with free potato bar, drinks and pastries. The complimentary hot breakfast was also great, not just the typical eggs and sausages.

The Room was very spacious and the breakfast was great.
The whole point of getting the room for the night was for us to have the kids swim and have fun. I called ahead to make sure the hotel had a pool, which was confirmed but no one had mentioned that the pools heater was broken so the pool was really cold. The kids were very disappointed.
