Not Best Western.

Room size was good

When I checked in I asked to use a restroom she said sorry we don't have one. Mind you I gave her my credit card but I had to use the facilities immediately and she said quote sorry no. So I left the office and she still had the credit card. I frantically ran to my wife told her to finish checking in and she had the credit card. I was really upset that there was no public restroom or a guest key card to let me into a room. And another thing is that she only gave my wife one key card for the room. I requested another one shortly thereafter from her. To top it off the television in the room did not work properly as far as the remote. My wife called and asked about it and they said they would put us in a new room. After we were on the road for several hours we decided not to. The second thing is the shower head was leaking all over the place and the bathtub look like it got damaged by somebody either falling or just age it was cracked. Very unsatisfactory room and front clerk. The only thing that I felt that was a bonus that we got free ice. It wasn't the $150 room that I thought I should receive. Go figure.

The location is good for a pit stop when going to Vegas. Room is spacious as is the bathroom.

The ac is extremely loud, you cannot sleep at night. No sockets near bedside and no body wash was available. No elevator so it would be a problem for those who cannot go up the stairs.

uncomfortable bed mattress unprofessional staff they were on a personal call as I waited to check in

the smell of the room and the linens smelled sour no hot water in the shower

I left after the first night and was told I would not get a refund. I want a refund this hotel was gross

Pleasant

The breakfast was incredibly disappointing. The shower took almost 20 minutes to heat up to a temperature that didn’t give me goosebumps. The only blanket was a thin blue blanket sandwiched between two sheets, which wouldn’t bother me if the blanket retained any heat at all. I was so cold, and there was so much noise around that I only slept around 3 hours, if that.

A little oasis on a desert highway

Spacious room with fridge and microwave. Good WiFi connection. Ample car parking. Local diners close by.

DIY breakfast with disposable eating equipment.

Clean room. Free breakfast.

Noisy location. A/C not working properly. Initially, TV not working properly. Minimal restaurant options in the area.

Nice for one night and convenient.

Didn’t have the breakfast. Not much you can do about the location right on Route 14. But I was in the back so street and train noise wasn’t a problem. I like it that it is right next to a Dennys restaurant that could walk to.

I guess nothing.

Good option for a stop in Mojave

very clean, comfortable beds. Good breakfast spread.

staff cleaning the pool very early (before 7am) were very loud and inconsiderate of guests directly next to the pool area. Not ideal to be woken early. No lift also a pain.

the room was very nice, clean, and accessible to our mobility issues.( we use canes)

the office accessibility was not clear, but we were able to find it due to helpful staff. the rooms need to upgrade to usb accessible outlets.

I will stay here again and tell my friends.

Everyone was real nice and friendly. The room was quite, I like the chair and foot rest with a small table next to it. I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall. The breakfast was outstanding.

I did not like the fact I did not book another day. It would have been nice to relax another day with my son who lives near by.

Awesome place

The room was large & comfy with enough room for 2 chairs & small table, chair& ottoman & 2 queen beds without feeling crowded. Comfortable beds. Air conditioner worked fantastic! Had all the extra amenities in room such as coffee maker, iron & board, microwave & fridge. We had breakfast every morning and waffles were excellent. Bacon very thin, sausage yucky, toaster didn't brown waffles. Maybe have a sign with instructions in bigger print for people with bad eyes. But nice savings not to have to pay for breakfast out. Nice to not have to worry about roaches or bedbugs! All of the outer areas were clean. Garage area clean and no smell. No loud guests 😀

The toilets were very low and were hard for me to sit on and get off of. The shower took forever to get warm and didn't stay consistent.

The breakfast was very good, different options available.

There was a lilltle confusion about our reservation that was solved up. The room is a bit worn and would need a refreshment, it was clean though. The aircondition was old a quite noisy.
