Really lovely welcome by Richard. Room was huge and very comfortable. Loads of clean towels and soap. Easy to control heating and Aircon. Coffee was provided for the coffee maker. Great location for exploring the area (Richard was very knowledgeable) or for getting on the road network. We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Friendly owners and staff, pet friendly, cute Christmas decorations, spacious
Smelled very very very bad like cigarettes, not sure if room 24 was a smoking room or if it was one of the neighbors smoking all night and having it come under the door of our room, but it was intense

Weird hallway to the bathroom with bolted door to a kitchen that you could hear someone walking around in.
