The location wasn't ideal but the staff were exceptional, beds and pillows were comfortable and the accommodations were nice.
The location was isolated and that was a water pit outside the main entrance.

My flights had been delayed, missed a connecting flight, had to stay the night in another city unexpectedly which threw my trip off entirely, but the staff at the counter was very nice and it was much needed at the time. I will definitely stay there again when I come to Harford Co.
The overall parking was a little tighter than most hotels I've stayed at, but considering the location it was understandable and fine.

The proximity to my job site was a benefit. The lobby area seemed relatively clean.
When I was given my first room it hadn’t been cleaned from the last occupant. I asked the front desk for housekeeping then waited for hours for them to come. I eventually called the front desk and asked for another room. It was 9 pm. He brought the key cards for the new room and didn’t offer to have my bags moved. So, I schlepped all of my belongings to the new room 3 floors down. The new room was ok but had an off putting smell. I ended up purchasing cleaning supplies and sprinkling baking soda on the rug to neutralize the odor.
The air conditioner was abnormally loud. It was hard to fall asleep with it abruptly turning on and off all night. (I have a video but can’t attach it.)
Watching tv seems like an unusual chore. To be able to hear you have to turn the tv up to a level that has to be disturbing to neighboring guests. A tv with leveling, Bluetooth audio, or speakers closer to sitting/sleeping areas would have been ideal.
