Clean beds and clean bathroom! A door that locked. Ac that eventually cooled off the room. We checked in late and had to leave early so all we needed was a safe place to sleep and that is ALL we got.
Ac wasn’t on in the room so it was 85 at 10pm and took a while to bring the temperature inside the room down. The knob in the shower broke after 1 use. We couldn’t switch it from tub into a shower. We knew it would require maintenance or moving rooms so we just used it the way it was and told staff at check out the next morning. We didn’t want to pack up and start all over with a new hot room. No breakfast the next morning even though advertised on booking.com We were told that Wyndham had stopped it and the staff had no control. We didn’t plan on using the pool since we had such a short stay but it was permanently closed .
