Love the pond view
Not enough units with pond views!
Outdated orange toned decor . New off white walls are great improvement but only make the decor look more outdated.

Great location to hiking/waterfalls, not far from the Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed, including a small laundry are and a safe. The balconies are nice. The check-in staff were helpful.
The condo had a musty smell, probably from the rainforest-like humidity. It subsided once we ran the air conditioner on 68. The 1970’s brown and gold colors made the condo seem very dark but the lighting was sufficient to make up for it. The mattress on the king size bed was pretty hard, just not what we’re used to. There are, of course, a lot of stairs outside and inside .

I liked the location and peacefulness. "Master bedroom" was very comfortable and spacious. View from balconies were very good.
Communications had room for improvement. Had pre-register (from email link) but info had not been received there. Was not clear how far the room was (about 5 miles) from the check in which was not manned on Sundays. Parking lot for buildings 1 & 2 only had 8 spots for the 8 units - roughly 1/2 the parties had more than one vehicle (units sleep 7 people, per info. Got knock on door about 11 pm - two additional vehicles had arrived and having to rearrange the border areas to get all onto lot - which was built into the side of a hill.

Beautiful area. The condo was adequate and All the necessities were available. The price point made the vacation affordable
I reserved my unit next to family and when I checked in my unit was several buildings away. Made the stay more difficult. The trees blocked the view of the lake.
