The property was in close proximity to the things I had planned. It was clean and the staff friendly.

For the price I am surprised a continental breakfast is not provided. Hotels in the area were a similar price and offered breakfast. I failed to note it wasn’t provided but had I know I would’ve booked elsewhere.

So that happened.

The manager, Brittney, was great. The room was comfortable.

The restaurant employees were not in sight when we went in. We found them sitting in the corner when we went to the counter, after asking if the restaurant was open. We were the only two customers in the place and they got our order completely wrong. My friend slipped in water next to the elevator, by the pool. When I told the front staff, no one even came to help or check on her. She hit her head hard against the desk. The front desk lady did call the manager and tell her about the incident, which we heard while going to the counter to make sure someone was cleaning up the water. That’s when we also overheard that they were getting ice for her head as well. The manager was nice and apologetic but also stated that there were plenty of people who walked by the water and didn’t slip. 🤷‍♀️ Weird situation, but at least my friend made it out with only a goose egg, bruised face, and a damaged ego. Room was nice. Bottles of water are tempting but $5 a piece, so make sure to read the tag on the top.

Better options for the same or less money in the area.

The staff was excellent. We arrived and asked if there were any double queen bedrooms and they were able to accommodate the change from our reservation at no charge.

We checked in but did not stay. However the room and first floor corridor smelled musty and the room was not cleaned as expected. We also found out that breakfast was an additional expense and there was no self serve coffee. You had to buy their starbucks (yuck). We elected to find something else down the street. Also the booking ad was somewhat misleading in that it stated it was now open. We thought it was new... it was not and may have been remodeled, but you could tell it was old bones. Not that that is bad but cleanliness is a must!

The restaurant was closed. This changed the trip, planned to eat dinner at hotel. Drove around the city I’m search of food. Caused chaos. I would not have booked if I knew restaurant was closed. Too many people in the pool area. Hard to relax and visit.

Ideal for our little get-together. Lots of space and great accomodations.

The room we stayed in was fantastic. Very close to the elevator. Lots of space, seating, and worked great for out get-together. The staff was friendly. Nice indoor pool.

Hard, uncomfortable beds that led my husband to the chiropractor.

The staff was very friendly, and they tried see if another room with a different bed would work, but they were just as hard and uncomfortable as the one we were already staying in. The breakfast staff is professional and quick, the sandwich was delicious! Pool is well stocked with towels.

The beds were so bad and hard, my husband had to see a chiropractor after our two night stay. The jets in the hot tub didn't work, the pack and play for our baby was hard and didn't lay flat. The espresso machine was broken, so only black coffee is available. The chairs and couches in the lounge/breakfast area are lacking support and cushion. They also were lacking essential ingredients to a few of their breakfast dishes. We were really shocked, for it being a Marriott, management has let a lot of things slide to Marriott's high standard of hospitality.

All in all I would stay again.

The walk ways weren't cleared from the snow the night before. The lobby restaurant was out of a lot of food and the starbucks machine was down.

while traveling here during COVID it seemed that none of the customers were wearing masks. staff were wearing masks.

Very handy to Ashton Gardens. Just what we wanted.

Not a good breakfast but it was very open and not hard to find. Everything I saw was sugary.

A bottle to take would have been good. Not a coffee drinker and I am diabetic.
